Freeland Group Restaurants, the premier Pizza Hut franchise, is hiring a manager in Indiana to lead operations and drive guest satisfaction. The role pays $52,000-$70,000 yearly, plus bonus potential, with benefits after 30+ hours.

You’ll influence store performance, lead a team, and uphold our Humble, Hungry, and People Smart values. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of restaurant management, P&L responsibility, strong customer service, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience.
• 2+ years of Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Team building and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficient in basic business math.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Comfort with computer literacy and POS systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced food service environment.
