Annual salary: $300,000 to $335,000

Vista Irrigation District (VID) has been a trusted provider of essential water services in North San Diego County since 1923. To build on its strong legacy of service, VID is seeking a forward-thinking General Manager to guide the District's strategic direction and operational excellence.

The General Manager develops, implements and executes short and long-term plans, policies, budgets and strategies to accomplish the District's mission and Board of Directors' priorities. The incumbent operates within broad general policy guidelines and exercises substantial latitude and discretion to achieve effective and efficient utilization of the District's resources in serving the District's constituencies and rate payers.

• Pechstein Reservoir Roof Replacement and Pechstein II Reservoir Construction
• Vista Flume Replacement
• Obtain Funding for Large Infrastructure Projects
• Infrastructure Maintenance, Pipe Replacement and Upgrades
