Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a General Manager for The Midland Hotel in Chicago, IL, a 403-room property with 12,589 sq ft of meeting space. You will lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and partner with a diverse team to deliver exceptional service.

As part of a global hospitality group, you’ll manage strategic growth, budgets, and cross-department collaboration across guest services, F&B, housekeeping, sales, and wellness.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive the hotel's growth and profitability.
• Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to make informed business decisions.
• Set long-term goals and objectives for the hotel and work towards achieving them.
