Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing unit, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction, identifying opportunities for savings and improvements.
• Lead the production planning process, ensuring that production schedules are met and resources are utilized effectively.
• Manage materials effectively, taking into account inventory levels, supply chain considerations, and production requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing unit, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.
• Provide leadership and direction to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in cost reduction, production planning, materials management, and overall management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry best practices.
