We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility is to ensure excellent guest experiences. Successful candidates should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and lead by example in team interactions and guest support. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, overseeing food quality, marketing, menu development, and guest service. We offer competitive compensation, quarterly bonuses, and full benefits after 90 days, including health, vision, dental, PTO, and a 4% 401K match after 12 months.

Job Duties:

• Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
• Deliver exceptional guest services and ensure guest satisfaction
• Plan and update menus and develop promotions and events to boost sales
• Respond to customer questions and complaints efficiently
• Organize shifts and manage scheduling using R365
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
• Manage daily operations, including POS reconciliations, cash deposits, and payroll review
• Handle food and beverage ordering, inventory, and cost control
• Create a positive working environment and implement strategies for improvement

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
• At least 3 years managing kitchen staff and operations
• Valid Wisconsin bartender license
• Experience managing liquor and food orders and inventory for 3+ years
• Extensive front-of-house experience
• Proficiency with restaurant management software (POS and R365)
• Strong leadership, financial, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management and team player attitude
