Floor Interior Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team. As the General Manager, you will lead and manage our team to drive growth, achieve operational excellence, and deliver high-quality interior solutions.

You will develop business strategies, oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and monitor budgeting while engaging with contractors and retail partners to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a managerial role, preferably in floor installation.
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
