Job summary

Domino's of Texarkana on E Martin Luther King Jr Blvd is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, control costs, and maintain brand standards.

You will recruit, develop, and retain staff, ensure food safety and team safety, and deliver best-in-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Lead by example, uphold accountability, and partner with the team to meet goals and provide an outstanding guest experience daily.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership experience in a fast‑food or quick‑service setting.
• Proven customer service experience and ability to resolve issues.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor targets.
