Job summary

Drury Hotels in Tempe, AZ is seeking a General Manager to lead all hotel departments and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will recruit, train, and coach the team, oversee daily operations and ensure financial targets are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
