About the job
Over 75 years is seeking a talented General Manager In Training looking to become our next General Manager.
What will you be doing?
- You have full responsibility for running a successful store location!
- Create a People First culture so that our associates are engaged and inspired to be their very best.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and goals designed to increase your store’s sales and profitability.
- Create new and innovative ways to drive sales and traffic in your location - all ideas are welcome!
- Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, develop, and hold your associates accountable to their individual and team goals.
- Ensure your team is fully staffed based on staffing level goals.
- Continually assess training needs of the staff and utilize available resources to provide the knowledge, coaching and development needed to effectively perform the duties of their jobs.

What qualification we expect?
- Experienced in sales, leading teams, and visual merchandising standards.
- Minimum of five years of experience in Retail Management.
