Job summary

Postino Winecafe in Southlake, TX seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will coach store leaders, manage guest satisfaction, and ensure brand standards across all functions.

ABOUT THE GENERAL MANAGER ROLE

As a General Manager your goal is to achieve desired company results with guests, employees, and financials through company aligned objectives and processes.

• Coach, develop, and engineer high-performing store leadership teams.

Requirements

• The position requires 1 year of full-service restaurant General Manager experience or 3-5 years of service industry management experience. Internal candidates must be in good standing and free of performance issues within a 1-year time-period. Combined work experience and education will be considered in decisions.
