Formación

• 1 year of full-service restaurant General Manager experience or 3–5 years in service-industry management.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business.
• ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required.

ABOUT THE GENERAL MANAGER ROLE

As a General Manager your goal is to achieve desired company results with guests, employees, and financials through company aligned objectives and processes.

• Own full P&L accountability - analyze results, build action plans, and drive sustained profitability.

Requirements

• The position requires 1 year of full-service restaurant General Manager experience or 3-5 years of service industry management experience. Internal candidates must be in good standing and free of performance issues within a 1-year time-period. Combined work experience and education will be considered in decisions.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required

Salary Description

$90,000 - $100,000 Plus 25% Bonus Potential
