  • Manage and grow an established book of business across various verticals.
  • Develop a dynamic team to generate business opportunities and lead effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with employees and clients, including freight forwarders, importers, shippers, logistics professionals, food manufacturers, real estate, and residential owners.
  • Develop and implement business strategies focused on revenue growth and expense management to ensure profitability.
  • Oversee branch operations, including P&L, sales, and overall management as the Sales and Operations leader.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
  • 5-7 years of business leadership experience, including P&L management in a service industry.
  • Passion for building and developing teams.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain systems, preferably including global trade.
  • Ability to implement business strategies in collaboration with leadership.
  • Experience with strategic and succession planning.
  • Experience managing third-party audits in pest control.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50%, including overnight stays, within the region.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in service management in route-based or service-oriented businesses (e.g., delivery, vending, pest control, lawn care, construction).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or sales.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

  • Meet physical requirements to perform job duties safely, with or without accommodations.
  • Use ladders safely within weight limits.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing.
  • Wear PPE, including respirators as needed.
  • Work in various weather conditions.
