  • Accountable for managing and growing an established customer base across various verticals
  • Developing a dynamic team to generate business opportunities and lead energetically
  • Building strong relationships with employees and customers, including freight forwarders, importers, shippers, logistics professionals, food manufacturers, real estate, and residential owners
  • Developing and executing business strategies focused on revenue growth and expense management to ensure profitability
  • Managing overall branch operations, including P&L, revenue, sales, and leadership of sales and operations teams
