Maggiano's Little Italy in Nashville is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, support the management team, and energize Teammates while ensuring memorable Guest experiences. You will learn all aspects of the operation and grow into larger leadership roles through hands-on coaching and accountability.

The role offers opportunities to advance to Restaurant Manager and beyond with a focus on teamwork, service quality, and operational excellence in a warm, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for Guest service
• Ability to lead by example and energize a team
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Able to move throughout the restaurant and lift up to 30 lbs with or without accommodation

The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you are the frontline leader who keeps the restaurant running smoothly — supporting the management team, energizing Teammates, and ensuring every Guest has a memorable experience. You'll learn all aspects of the operation while building the skills to advance into larger leadership roles. This is where management careers begin at Maggiano's. What You'll Do

What You Bring

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed


• Able to perform essential job functions in a dynamic restaurant environment, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and peak-hour demands


• Able to move throughout the restaurant, retrieve items from shelves and storage areas, and transport supplies weighing up to 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
