Flik Hospitality Group seeks a General Manager for the new United Club at SFO Airport. The GM reports to the Resident District Manager and leads day-to-day operations, ensuring superior food quality and exceptional customer service with strong communication and team leadership.

The role requires budgeting, HR oversight, and coordination with culinary and marketing teams to implement menus and programs. This is a full-time, on-site position at San Francisco International Airport.

Qualifications

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary preferred.
• Five years of foodservice operation experience.
• Experience with high-volume production and catering.
• Experience managing a budget.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top foodservice company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the account.
• Conduct HR functions including hiring, counseling, and terminations.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll and team training.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers and guests; coordinate with client and other departments.
• Work with the Chef to create menus and ensure top quality food.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.

Job Summary

Job Summary: The General Manager, reporting directly to the Resident District Manager, holds duties related to day to day operations of the BRAND NEW United Club at SFO Airport. The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, client relations and ensures superior food quality and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Manages overall day to day operations of the account
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations
• Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments
• Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team

Preferred Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
• Five years of foodservice operation experience
• High volume production and catering experience is essential
• Previous experience managing a budget
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
