The General Manager, Americas holds full P&L responsibility for this Specialty Manufacturing Division.

This leader oversees a cross-functional team of direct and matrixed reports spanning Sales, Operations, Services, Product Integration & Design, and Country Operations, with matrix alignment to corporate Finance and HR. The role is responsible for three manufacturing and operational sites across the U.S. and plays a leading role in shaping strategy, accelerating organic growth, and supporting acquisition execution and integration.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own full P&L performance, with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and value creation.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans and long-term strategic plans aligned with executive leadership.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team with clear accountability, strong execution discipline, and scalable organizational capability.
• Drive innovation, new product development, and disciplined acquisition integration to accelerate growth.
• Present business performance, strategic priorities, growth initiatives, and operating results to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Travel Requirements: 40%

Growth and Strategic Execution

• Track record of developing and executing growth strategies in dynamic, rapidly expanding markets.

• Experience identifying and executing opportunities for organic and inorganic growth.

Industry Background

• Experience in industrial manufacturing and assembly.
• Familiarity with highly engineered products, technical customer requirements, and complex project-based or specification-driven sales environments preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related technical discipline required.
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred, particularly with a focus on operations, strategy, or industrial management.
