Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a restaurant, retail, or fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing overall store operations to meet financial and sales goals.
• Build and develop teams: recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and evaluate staff.
• Optimize labor by creating weekly schedules based on sales projections.
• Manage inventory by ordering resources, food products, and supplies.
• Enforce compliance with daily financial paperwork and cash-handling policies.
• Lead culture and quality by prepping, baking, and serving pretzels with high standards.
• Handle relations as the primary liaison with mall management and marketing.
• Preserve Chestnut Land Company standards and Code of Conduct.

Your Impact as General Manager

This role is fully responsible for the overall supervision, daily operations, and total profitability of the store. You will lead team recruitment, ensure operational excellence, and uphold Auntie Anne’s celebrated standards for product quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
