Chestnut Land Company in North Georgia is hiring an Assistant Manager for Auntie Anne’s Pretzels at the North Georgia Premium Outlets in Dawsonville, GA. You will help lead daily store operations, maintain our Three-Fold Philosophy, and drive performance with a focus on customer satisfaction and team morale.

About the Role
Auntie Anne’s is famous for our fresh, golden-brown soft pretzels served with a smile! Working alongside or in the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager helps lead the overall supervision and daily operations of the store. In this role, you will focus on maintaining Auntie Anne’s "Three-Fold Philosophy" while maximizing performance, team morale, and store profitability.
