Chestnut Land Company, the nation’s largest domestic franchise partner of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, seeks a high-energy General Manager for our Charlotte Premium Outlet location. You will lead store operations, recruit and develop staff, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Base salary ranges from $52,000 to $61,750 per year with bonus potential up to $5,200. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k) with employer match, paid vacation, tuition reimbursement, and employee

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven management experience in a restaurant, retail, or fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Credentials: Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and profitability of the store.
• Lead recruitment, training, and onboarding of staff.
• Maintain Auntie Anne's standards for product quality and customer service.
• Develop staffing schedules using sales projections.
• Order store resources and manage inventory.
• Audit daily financials and enforce cash handling policies.
• Lead mall relations and coordinate with marketing.
