Chestnut Land Company, the premier Auntie Anne’s franchise partner, seeks a high-energy General Manager for our Auntie Anne’s at The Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem, NH. You will own store operations and drive profitability with a strong leadership team.

This role offers a strong base salary, performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits, with mall-hours only, and opportunities for growth within the Chestnut Land Company family.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a restaurant, retail, or fast-paced hospitality environment.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive Profitability: Manage overall store operations to meet strict financial and sales goals.
• Build & Develop Teams: Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard staff. Evaluate performance, sign off on training assessments, and handle employee relations.
• Optimize Labor: Build weekly schedules using accurate sales projections and compliance frameworks.
• Manage Inventory: Order all necessary store resources, food products, and supplies.
• Enforce Compliance: Audit daily financial paperwork and promote rigid cash-handling policies.
• Lead Culture & Quality: Prep, bake, and serve fresh pretzel products alongside your crew while keeping team motivation high.
• Handle Relations: Act as the primary liaison with mall management and corporate marketing specialists.
• Preserve Standards: Ensure absolute adherence to the Chestnut Land Company "Promise Code of Conduct."

Executive Compensation & Benefits

• Strong Base Salary: $52,000 - $61,750 / year
• Bonus Potential: Earn up to $5,200 annually based on performance!

Your Impact as General Manager
