In this role you will oversee all operations, mentor staff, manage schedules and costs, ensure safety standards, and collaborate on menu development and events to drive guest satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale or fine dining.
• Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credential preferred.
