Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Roselle, IL seeks a General Manager to own the guest experience, the team, the financials, and the culture of the center, leading from the floor and building a place people genuinely want to come back to.

You will lead bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events, drive sales, develop teams, and manage full P&L with a floor-first leadership presence during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a high-volume, guest-focused venue.
• Proven track record of driving sales and hitting financial targets.
• Full P&L fluency including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization and cost control.
• Experience building and developing leadership teams from the ground up.
• Visible, floor-first leadership presence, especially during peak periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all center operations across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar and events, stepping into roles as needed.
• Drive daily sales through direct guest engagement, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Build and develop high-performing teams across departments with accountability and hospitality.
• Set performance expectations and ensure consistent results in sales, operations, and guest satisfaction.
• Own full P&L performance including labor, COGS, inventory and cost controls.
• Keep the facility and attractions clean, operational, and guest-ready at all times.

• Set performance expectations and hold teams to consistent results across sales, operations, and guest satisfaction
• Own full P&L performance including labor, COGS, inventory, and cost controls
• Keep the facility, attractions, kitchen, bar, and event spaces clean, operational, and guest-ready at all times
