LHH is partnering with a growing agribusiness and manufacturing organization to recruit a General Manager. This senior leadership role oversees operational performance, profitability, safety, quality, and business growth across multiple operating divisions.

The General Manager will drive execution and ensure alignment across functions to meet customer commitments and financial objectives. The position offers a salary between $120K and $150K plus bonus, with 10+ years of progressive leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within manufacturing, agribusiness, processing, logistics, or other operationally intensive environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-functional teams with responsibility for safety, quality, operational performance, and financial results.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, forecasts, capital investments, and operational KPIs.
  • Proven ability to improve productivity, efficiency, customer service levels, and profitability.
  • Knowledge of safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory standards relevant to industrial operations.

  • Lead, develop, and mentor managers across operations, sales, procurement, accounting, maintenance, quality, and related functions.
