Mendocino Farms is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a happy team at our Redmond location. This full-time onsite role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and guest-service focus to drive daily operations and a memorable guest experience.

• 3+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience.
• Strong coaching skills with ability to give effective feedback.

• Humble and eager to learn in a growing restaurant group.
• Experience managing a large team.
