Job summary

Mendocino Farms is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a full-time, onsite role in Houston, TX. The GM will lead a high-volume team, drive guest satisfaction, and manage daily operations, including inventory and cost controls.

Compensation ranges from $66,000 to $85,000 per year based on experience, plus monthly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants should bring 3+ years of relevant leadership experience in hospitality, strong coaching ability, and a people-first approach

Competitive Pay:

• We are seeking individuals who can work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
