Job summary

Dunkin in Bucks County, Quakertown, is seeking a motivated General Manager to lead one of our Dunkin restaurants. You will deliver guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitable top-line sales while building a high-performing team.

The General Manager holds the top leadership role for the unit, fully accountable for operations and results, following brand standards and franchisee policies. You will roll up your sleeves and lead by example.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems (will be taught).
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are consistently executed.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Deliver ongoing training / coaching to crew members.
• Review guest feedback and implement action plans for improvement.
• Communicate restaurant priorities, goals, and results to the team.
• Execute new product rollouts, including training, marketing, and sampling.
• Ensure restaurant budget goals are met as determined by the Franchisee.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure compliance with cash-handling policies.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members.
• Plan, monitor, appraise, and review employee performance.
• Coach team members to drive sales, improve profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Assign team members to appropriate positions to meet guest demand and service standards.
• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members as needed.

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on General Manager to lead one of our Dunkin’ restaurants. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitable top-line sales, while building and developing a high-performing team.

The General Manager holds the highest leadership position within the assigned restaurant and is fully accountable for the unit and its operations at all times—whether physically present or not. This position operates in accordance with Dunkin’ standards, franchisee policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.
