Job summary

Dunham’s Sports in Montgomery County, PA seeks an experienced retail store manager to lead daily operations, merchandising, and staff development. You’ll drive sales through exceptional customer service and data-driven reporting, while maintaining store standards and schedules.

The role requires at least five years of retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a hands-on approach to training and motivating a team.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of RETAIL management experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills and interpersonal/communication skills; as well as problem solving ability and analytical skills.
• Enthusiasm and initiative are key.
• Ability to provide our customers with a high level of service, as well as train and motivate the staff to do the same.
• Build enthusiasm within the store to create a positive work environment.
• Merchandise knowledge preferred, such as apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, and general athletics.
• Availability to work any hours the store is open.
