Firehouse Subs is seeking a passionate General Manager to run one of our restaurants in the United States. You’ll lead a team, own the results, and bring our brand’s mission to life — delivering top-tier food, service, and hospitality.

This role requires strong leadership, operations excellence, and a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction. You’ll manage costs, mentor staff, and drive community engagement while upholding Firehouse Subs’ standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure exceptional guest service, food quality and cleanliness.
• Build and develop a high-performing team: recruit, hire, train and mentor staff.
• Drive results by managing food costs, labor, utilities and profitability.
• Maintain compliance with health, labor and safety regulations (local, state, and federal).
• Promote culture by fostering a cheerful, fun and professional work environment.
• Support community initiatives and represent Firehouse Subs in local outreach and Public Safety Foundation programs.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs to keep the store running smoothly.
• Communicate effectively with your District Manager, Director of Ops, HQ team and Ownership.
