Job summary

Viking Aggregates seeks an experienced General Manager to drive revenue growth, sales strategy, and market expansion while providing strategic leadership for aggregate operations.

You will build relationships with contractors and producers, manage pricing and contracts, and oversee budgets and financial performance, ensuring safety and teamwork across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aggregates, mining, construction, or heavy industrial operations.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong sales, business development, and customer relationship skills.
• Experience with financial and operational performance.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
