Job Title: General Manager

Join our team as a General Manager and lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional service at the PCRK Group (Massage Envy) location in Paradise Valley, AZ.

Responsibilities:

1. Uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of PCRK Group and Massage Envy.
2. Ensure optimal performance across all functional areas, focusing on key metrics such as Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements.
3. Monitor staffing levels and ensure all positions are appropriately staffed.
4. Coach, develop, and retrain team members to meet sales and service expectations.
5. Maintain compliance with licensure, training, and documentation requirements.
6. Provide ongoing training on soft skills, business acumen, and organizational metrics.
7. Resolve customer service issues and identify systemic improvements.
8. Promote and implement new products, services, and initiatives.
9. Manage payroll and inventory, review related reports, and address profitability opportunities.
10. Host monthly Performance Coaching Plans and collaborate with the Area Director to recognize achievements and address concerns.

Requirements:

1. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
2. Understanding of Profit & Loss statements.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
