  • Partner with property leadership to develop the resort’s annual budget, monitor performance, and drive accountability throughout the year.
  • Lead large-scale renovations, capital projects, and property improvement initiatives in partnership with ownership, brand stakeholders, and operational leaders to enhance asset quality, guest experience, and long-term performance.
  • Ensure all department heads maintain budgeted productivity levels and adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standard checkbook accounting procedures.

  • Forecast the resort’s monthly financial position by estimating revenues and line-by-line expenses. Analyze previous and projected data to generate accurate reforecasts.
  • Evaluate pricing strategies, market segments, and business trends to optimize revenue performance.
  • Respond decisively to changing market conditions and adjust strategies to sustain competitive performance.
  • Actively participate in sales discussions, meetings, and planning. Maintain a strong understanding of key account executives, business base, and monthly production levels across the sales team.
  • Champion resort policies, service standards, and operating philosophies through visible leadership and consistent engagement with employees and guests.
  • Ensure compliance with Human Resources policies and guidelines while promoting a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the property, regularly inspecting all outlets and reviewing preventive maintenance programs.
  • Lead property quality assurance and franchise reviews, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement measures as needed.
  • Implement programs and initiatives aligned with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate overall operations regularly and systematically report results to above property leadership.
  • Clearly define the responsibilities, decision-making authority, and accountability of all direct reports.
  • Ensure guest requests are addressed promptly and professionally, with appropriate follow-through to confirm satisfaction.
  • Model a consistently professional presence in appearance, conduct, and communication.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures and communicate expectations clearly to associates.
  • Ensure the resort complies with all state and federal laws.
