Captain D’s is seeking a General Manager to lead the team, uphold brand standards, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where people matter. You will drive financial performance, coach and develop staff, manage inventory and labor against KPI targets, and oversee daily operations across shifts including weekends and holidays.

• 2+ years leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail with a strong record of driving financial performance.
• Proven success in fast-paced, high-volume, hands-on operations.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop teams for high performance.
