Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations and build a high-performing team focused on delivering excellent customer hospitality. You will hire, train, and coach staff, schedule effectively, and manage budgets to achieve financial and service goals.

The right candidate brings 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, strong leadership, and a passion for excellence. Expect a demanding 50-hour week with growth opportunities within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team that delivers great food and a friendly experience.
• Find, hire and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and training.
