Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, build a high-performing team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

You will hire, train and schedule staff, manage the budget, and drive profitability in a fast-paced environment while upholding service standards and food quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team that delivers great food and a friendly guest experience.
• Find, hire and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and execute training plans for new hires.
• Schedule and deploy the Team; address performance issues and assist in resolving customer issues.

You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience.
