Job summary

Holistic Industries in Gardena, California is hiring a Budtender/retail team member to deliver a welcoming experience to every customer and coach the team to do the same.

You will manage inventory, assist opening and closing procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, share product knowledge, and relay customer feedback to drive store improvements. The role emphasizes mentorship, adaptability, and delivering high-quality service.
