• Hires and trains team members, including recruitment, orientation, and training.
• Increases profits by boosting sales and managing controllable costs.
• Creates an environment that motivates employees, enhances productivity, and reduces turnover.

Basic Duties:

• Ensures prompt, friendly, and courteous service, and ensures time goals are met. Always leads by setting the example for the employee.
• Assembles products according to specification charts. Serves only the highest quality products to the customer. Ensures all quality standards are met throughout the life cycle of each product.
• Accurately completes daily and weekly paperwork, ensures accurate inventories and ordering, develops a well thought out schedule and game plan for others to follow.
• Hires and trains team members to meet the staffing guidelines including recruitment, selection, orientation, and training.
• Increases profits by increasing sales and monitoring controllable costs.
• Creates and maintains an environment that results in motivation, high productivity, and retention of team members.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies.
