Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee all departments including retail, food & beverage, lodging, guest services, and maintenance to ensure smooth, high-quality operations.
• Drive Financial Performance: Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Support & Develop Leaders: Partner with and support department managers to help them succeed, providing coaching, guidance, and resources while fostering accountability and strong team performance.
• Enhance Guest Experience: Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service and product quality across all areas.
• Ensure Compliance & Safety: Maintain adherence to company standards, safety programs, and all regulatory requirements; serve as Responsible Safety Officer.
• Partner with Corporate & Stakeholders: Collaborate with corporate leadership and park partners to address challenges and implement best practices.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong focus on guest service and team development
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and POS systems

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
• 5-7+ years of management experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-unit operations
