The goal of the General Manager is to increase profits and ensure the store operates smoothly and is food-safe. They oversee all areas within the store, helping Supervisors in those units deliver exceptional performance.

Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of the staff

Working closely with the Area Director to improve efficiency and performance
