Job summary

Schnecksville McDonald's is seeking a General Manager to lead a multi‑million dollar restaurant and a team of 30+ crew members.

You will oversee cash control, inventory, labor schedules, performance reviews and ensure brand standards while coaching staff to deliver QUALITY, SERVICE, VALUE and CLEANLINESS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in food service.
• Flexible scheduling; 364 days a year, 24 hours in some locations.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing profit and loss by following cash control, maintaining inventory, scheduling labor, reviewing financials and taking corrective action when needed

• Flexible scheduling around the needs of the restaurant. We operate restaurants 364 days a year and 24 hours a day in some locations
• Valid driver's license
