Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager. The GM oversees daily restaurant operations on a shift‑by‑shift basis and leads the Front of House and Heart of House teams to provide the best experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis as the on-site General Manager.
• Act as the quarterback of the restaurant management team, ensuring each shift runs smoothly.
• Provide support and direction for the Front of House and Heart of House teams.
• Help the team deliver an engaging social experience for sports fans.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of business operations, labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Education and experience: high school graduate or equivalent; bachelor’s degree and 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Team player who is willing to roll up sleeves and help the team.
• Team-focused and able to champion the team to ensure they have the tools to be successful.
