Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs in New Jersey is seeking a General Manager to lead a Jersey Mike's store, drive sales, ensure quality of service, and optimize profitability.

This full-time role requires at least 2 years of QSR experience, Serve Safe certification, and the ability to train staff, manage schedules, and meet the weekly 48-hour expectation. Starting salary is $70,000 with strong benefits.

Salary: Starting at $70,000

General Managers

are responsible for the complete and total management of a Jersey Mike’s store / operation, including:

• Store sales
• Quality of service
• Customer satisfaction
• Profit margin
• Scheduling
• Inventory management
• Lead employee training
• Payroll
• Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions
