Museum of Illusions, New York, seeks an experienced operations leader to run day-to-day museum activities and drive revenue growth. You will manage a ~15-person team, hire/train, ensure top guest experiences, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional experiences.

Leadthe museum team (~15people).Hire and train as needed.Establish and nurture a high-performance culture within the museum team.
Supportthe success ofMuseum ofIllusions:managingall business functions, ensuring stableoperationsand contributing to revenue growth and profitability.
Executemarketing and saleseventsunder thedirection of thesales and marketing teams.
Act asMuseum ofIllusions’spokesperson to the community and media, forging relationships with local organizations, educational institutions, and business clients.
Supervise the day-to-day operation of the museum in line withMuseum of Illusionscompany policies and procedures, ensuring smooth workflow, andoptimizingprocesses for maximum efficiency.
Maintain a high standard of product, services, and customer experience, ensuring visitor satisfaction and engagement.
Collaborate with otherMuseums of Illusionsto share best practices and develop new customer experience concepts.
Ensure the museumoperatesin compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
Keep stakeholders informed about the company’s performance through regular reports.
Regularlyattend local community events, business meetings, and networking events to promoteMuseum of Illusions.
Act as a brand ambassador forMuseum of Illusionsin all interactions, effectively communicating the museum’smission,valuesand unique offerings.
2+ years of experience in business administration, operations,ormanagementroleshighly desired.
Experience in a leadership rolerequired.
Ability to lead a team.
Experience in budgeting and P&L responsibility.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to cultivate long term relationships with partners and the community.
Experience inhospitalityand/or entertainment industry ispreferred.

Must be able to use hands and fingers to type on a keyboard, use alaptopand other office equipment.
