• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Ten years of management experience.
• Strong service orientation and love of dogs.
• High self-awareness and willingness to change.
• Proven teamwork ability and excellent written/verbal communication.
• Ability to plan at least twelve months in advance.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet savvy.
