Job Description Overview

Drive a world class, best in category restaurant and cocktail bar. Inspire and mentor a high performance front of house team. Connect, collaborate and increase productivity with back of house leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of workplace and team culture
• Influence team productivity while committing to guest experience excellence
• Direct all hiring and training for the front of house team
• Uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff
• Work with Operations on executing and forecasting budgets
• Facilitate a weekly leadership meeting with a focus on people development and business growth.
• Ensure all Tuxedo Hospitality policies, as stated in the employee handbook, are adhered to by all team members

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations of venues in collaboration with all senior team members and direct reports.

• 15 days paid annual leave inclusive of annual salary. Annual leave is accrued pro rata and can be compensated after completion of a 90-day probationary period.
