Qualifications

The Opportunity

As General Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of club operations, team performance, and the member experience. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role where you’ll spend your time on the floor coaching your team, building relationships with members, driving business performance, and fostering a culture of exceptional hospitality. Success in this role means creating an environment where every guest, member, and team member leaves better than they arrived.

What You’ll Do

Who You Are

• 6+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, restaurants, wellness, fitness, or another high-touch customer environment.
• Proven success leading and developing large, customer-facing teams.
• Strong operational and financial acumen with experience managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance.
• A hands-on, floor-focused leader who builds relationships with both employees and guests.
• Exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and professionalism.
• Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and developing high-performing teams.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
