Job summary

VIVE Collision is seeking a General Manager to lead our collision repair center, driving exceptional customer service, team performance, and financial results. You will oversee operations, staffing, scheduling, and productivity, ensuring top-quality Repairs and CSI scores across the site.

You will build a winning culture, develop future leaders, and partner with senior leadership to optimize shop performance and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing a collision repair facility.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop successful teams.
• Strong operational and financial management skills.
• Experience managing production, workflow, cycle time, and shop profitability.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, blueprinting, repair planning, and customer service.
• Experience working with DRP relationships is a plus.
• Proficiency with CCC ONE estimating and management software preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
