Job summary

VIVE Collision in High Falls, NY is seeking a General Manager to lead our collision repair center, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role combines leadership, operations, and financial accountability to achieve top results. You will build a high-performing team, manage production, scheduling, and repair planning, and partner with leadership to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing a collision repair facility.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop successful teams.
• Strong operational and financial management skills.
• Experience managing production, workflow, cycle time, and shop profitability.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, blueprinting, repair planning, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the collision repair center.
• Build, coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and safety-focused work environment.
• Conduct daily production meetings to keep repairs moving efficiently.
• Manage repair plans, production schedules, and technician workflow.
• Dispatch work to maximize productivity and cycle time performance.
• Support estimating and repair planning when needed.
• Monitor financial performance, sales goals, accounts receivable, pending credits, and shop profitability.
• Review and reconcile repair orders while ensuring timely closing of completed work.
• Oversee payroll approval, scheduling, and other people management responsibilities.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining company CSI standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient facility.
• Partner with operations leadership and support teams to continuously improve shop performance.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with DRP relationships is a plus
• Proficiency with CCC ONE estimating and management software preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Commitment to delivering high-quality repairs and an exceptional customer experience
