Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a General Manager to oversee two Nashville commercial buildings with mixed tenants, including medical offices. You will lead a small, dedicated on-site team, drive revenue growth, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, client relationships, and coordinating with owners to translate investment goals into strategic property plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate, property management, or related industry.
• Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility and achieving financial targets in a multi-million dollar operation.
• Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and business development within the commercial real estate sector.
• Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, CAM reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in real estate management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning initiatives and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Develop and implement annual operating budgets and capital plans and ensure timely reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards across all managed operations.
• Implement tenant satisfaction program and meet regularly with tenants to ensure success.
• Oversee competitive bidding for third-party services and ensure compliance with standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development for the team.
• Handle additional tasks to comply with Property Management Agreements and local ordinances.
