The ideal candidate holds an associate degree in engineering with at least 5 years of maintenance and supervisory experience, Universal CFC certification, and strong HVAC expertise, including electrical and plumbing

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and ensure all work is tracked in the CMMS.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of maintenance engineers and technicians to ensure high performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site SOPs across all facility operations.
• Coordinate and respond to building emergencies, including on-call rotation and emergency response activities.
• Manage vendor relationships and support facility projects and repairs.
• Collaborate with facility management on budgeting, KPI performance, and client satisfaction.
