Job summary

General Manager role in the Greater Nashville area for a leading automotive stamping operation. You will oversee plant and business performance, aligning operations with customer expectations and OEM standards.

Candidate must bring 10+ years of manufacturing leadership in automotive environments, deep knowledge of metal stamping and tool & die, and a track record in Lean, continuous improvement, and Total Quality Production System principles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience with metal stamping and tool & die processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of material specifications used in automotive stampings.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, welding, tooling, automation, robotics, and production processes.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Working knowledge of equipment/tooling design, gauges, preventive maintenance, and Basic Equipment Care (BEC).
• Experience with automotive quality systems and Total Quality Production System (TQPS) principles.
